Book a tour of our facility.

Take a tour with us and discover the learning we offer to our prek 3 & 4 through 8th graders. during the tour we will discuss pricing, curriculum, and fundraising/sponsorship options.

 

Student Application Process

There will be a $150.00 registration fee. The following items are needed when submitting enrollment documents:  

❏ Copy of student birth certificate

❏ Copy of parent/guardian driver’s license

❏ Copy of student social security card

❏ Student immunization record

 ❏ Court papers (if applicable)

❏ Student transcript or you can sign an agreement for last school attended to send to us.  

Instructions for Enrollment

1. Pay the $150.00 non-refundable fee through Google Pay to linda.subia@adinvita.org or click on the button below to pay through credit card.

2. click on the button below to request an e-registration packet. fill out the documents and submit online.

3.call the school at 432-305-9566 to notify us that you have completed a packet.

4. request transcripts and records from current school using release of records form.
